hurry up and wait, a mantra clichéd
traffic, technology, escape
the matters at hand
don’t really matter at all
but under them
we collapse from the weight.
some wish to lose it
some wish to gain
i personally find it hard to relate
i take what i’m given
ignore what i’ve made
complacent.
