The Yes, Mayhem album can be streamed and downloaded from the BandCamp site over at http://yesmayhem.com.

These vocals only mixes are only available here at the James Machine. Long spaces have been trimmed out for easier listening. There are actually a couple of tracks in there that either ended up being buried in the album mix or didn’t make the cut at all.

BTW, if you don’t see the flash players after each track, just use the straight download links.

Finally, I’m getting around to posting about this. I still can’t believe it’s happened.

The Yes, Mayhem album is now finished and is available for download (donations appreciated) at yesmayhem.com, which is a Band Camp site, as well as on this site on the Discography page.

It was great fun to make, great fun to listen to, and hopefully more YM recordings will be coming along in the near future. No pressure, Dan, just hurry up and write another album’s worth of songs so we can get started.

The Yes, Mayhem album has gotten its first review (that we know of, anyway) over at gamemusic4all.com. It definitely could be worse! At least he didn’t use the words “throwback grunge hooks”.

On to other, less interesting news, I purchased a scanner last weekend and scanned all of my notebooks. When viewing the lyrics pages on this site, you will now find an image gallery on each page that includes album covers and notebook scans. Those are 19 hours that I will never get back. At least some good came of it, I watched Crank, Crank 2, and a handful of Mystery Science Theater 3000 episodes on Netflix while I was working.

Smell ya later.

The countdown is on to a finished Yes, Mayhem album. Read the full details over at Dan’s blog.

The latest song that was written and completed in the chain, which I posted about before, is Whore Shoes (previously referred to as Whores Shoes and Hand Grenades). Dan published the recording, so here you have it

Looking forward to holding an actual disc…
